We will assess your project to determine which green building and sustainable infrastructure elements make sense to incorporate into your design. We will review the cost estimates of incorporating green building/infrastructure, evaluate whether LEED or other green building certification is feasible, and identify funding sources to help offset any additional up-front costs.

Coordinating, securing and requisitioning project capital from various public and private sources
